I'll be the first to admit I'm not the jealous type. And it's not because I'm perfect. While there are things I know I'm fabulous at, there are even more things I know need work. But instead of focusing on my shortcomings, I focus on my strengths. It may sound like some self-esteem pep talk given by your middle school gym coach in between sit-up sets, but it works. Still, that doesn't mean it's easy. What do you do when you find yourself envious of someone else?
